Presented by Beth Marchiano:
Beth has over 25 years experience in operational management in the medical, legal, financial, and services industries. She started her career at Johns Hopkins and has worked with numerous businesses to develop support staff processes, operational management, administrative and human resources competencies. As well as being a HIPAA Certified Privacy Associate, Beth is proficient in a variety of Database Management/CRMs as well as HRIS platforms and can usually be found training key personnel on the use of those systems. Beth graduated from the University of Baltimore where she began cultivating her strong commitment to her community and currently serves on several boards and actively volunteers in her community. She has furthered her passion in volunteering by attending and graduating Harford Leadership Academy in 2018.
Beth has been the Director of Adminstrative and HR Management with the Growth Solutions Team since July of 2017. She and her team field questions and tasks for our Small Business Advisory, Professional Sales Training, Strategic HR, CFO and Practice Management clients and then efficiently connects the most appropriate resource(s) to respond.
