Meet the Speakers
Jake Jones is chief financial officer and director of operations for R.J. Grondin & Sons Construction. An executive with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jones is also a licensed CPA who started his career in public accounting with Berry Dunn. As part of his current role at R.J. Grondin & Sons, Jones spearheaded the selection and implementation of Tenna throughout their fleet of over 200 assets.
Corey Rimmer is assistant vice president of the risk control construction segment for CNA Insurance. In this role, Rimmer leads the direction, management and oversight of the risk control function within CNA’s construction business segment. With more than 18 years of experience in insurance risk control, Rimmer has served as a risk control consultant as well as risk control director, in which he worked to develop other risk control staff through coaching, mentoring and training.
Katie Stryker is assistance vice president of risk control at CNA. In this role, Stryker is responsible for advancing technical skills and enhancing consultative services and resources within the workers’ compensation and auto lines of insurance coverage. Stryker is a certified industrial hygienist with over 15 years of professional safety expertise.
Russ Young is chief business development officer at Tenna. In this role, Young oversees the growth strategy for the organization by working with sales, partners and customers to ensure success. Young brings two and a half decades of experience from Google, Amazon, Oracle and FMI in best practices for technology strategy, selection and adoption. He applies his knowledge from these organizations to build awareness and provide thought leadership to the construction
