Dr. Sabi joined the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group in 2006 and has held several leadership roles within the organization, including Physician Site Leader, Assistant Physician in Chief and Associate Medical Director.  As an Associate Medical Director, Dr. Sabi has had executive oversight over several operational departments, including hospital operations, virtual home care program, case management, perioperative services, and utilization management.

She is currently the Associate Medical Director for Marketing and Brand Strategy, Network Contracting, Special Projects and the Physician Ambassador Program.  In this role, she partners closely with medical group and health plan leaders in raising brand awareness and recognition of Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic States as the health care leader in local and regional markets.  Dr. Sabi’s experience leading operational teams within KPMAS allows her to translate and promote the Kaiser Permanente model of care as the best care in the nation.
